Come to Avondale on September 17 for the famous Avondale Garlic Fest! Come for the wonderful juried art, the live music, the incredible food and beverage offerings, the chef demonstrations, the lectures from the garlic growers, and (of course) for ALL THINGS GARLIC! Over twenty varieties of garlic and many garlic products will be available…AND, back by popular demand…Garlic Ice Cream! The winery’s restaurant, D’Vine Morsels will be offering this uniquely wonderful product with one of their desserts. Ummmm.

Join Laurie Mireau to learn the basic fundamentals of brush handling, color mixing and glazing.Basic skills will be taught while refining the skills of more seasoned painters. All skill levels will be accommodated to the best of Laurie’s ability so don’t be afraid to begin!

This event will see up to 40 artists, enjoying and painting the lovely Autumn colours of our beautiful town and surrounding areas. The proceeds from the sale will be split 60% for the artists and 40% for the gallery. The $20. Registration fee includes coffee and muffins both mornings, a lovely light reception Saturday at 5pm and all the fun of outdoor painting.
