Stone Carving Magic!
There is still time to experience this magic at her upcoming workshops in Parrsboro:
      SAT MAY 21 & SUN MAY 22
For beginners and the experienced alike. All are welcome!

Heather Lawson not only knows how to breathe life into stone, she also knows how to put the fun in teaching.

She’ll put you right at ease, and by the end of the weekend you’ll have created your own stone carving to take home with you.

Be sure to check out Heather’s award-winning short film, STONE, by Breakwater Studios, for a fascinating look at Heather and her work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0wBloFIsGc

Iceland – An Adventure of Moments

Join Paul Newton and Sherry Hudson as they share their photographic journey to Iceland in the fall of 2015. Three years in the dreaming, this journey will take you on a circumnavigation of the world’s most active volcanic island. You will visit steaming sulfurous hot springs, endless lava fields covered in verdant moss, vast glaciers aglow in the Northern Lights, mist shrouded mountains, black volcanic sand beaches and waterfalls of every imaginable size. Discover how the rich and dynamic environment taught Sherry and Paul to accept the gifts Iceland had to offer one moment at a time. A 90 minute tale of 4,000 kms, 21days, 8,000 pictures and 1 flat tire.
