Subject: NS Artists Mental Health Survey (please help to share)
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We would be so grateful if you could help to circulate our artists’ mental health survey. Please share among your networks (email/social media/word of mouth etc). This survey is intended for Nova Scotia artists of all disciplines. (Apologies if you have already received this email).
Calling all dancers, visual artists, filmmakers, writers, actors, designers, craft artists, musicians, and all other creative workers living in this province. Visual Arts Nova Scotia has launched the Artists in Mind Survey to better understand the mental health experiences of artists. The information gathered in this survey will inform a report to the provincial government outlining the mental health care needs of artists. Your feedback will also help us recommend mental health pilot programs, and identify organizations that can offer artist-specific mental health supports.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your responses to this survey will be anonymous unless you would like to be contacted for follow up research, or to enter the draw for one of our fabulous prizes (to be announced soon)!
Thank you in advance for taking part. If you can, please share this survey with others in your network. A link to the survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/artists-in-mind. Deadline to complete Survey: Monday June 14
If you have any questions or need help completing the survey please contact Eryn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
