Chelsea Gauvin

We are thrilled to welcome Chelsea Gauvin to the Apple Art family!

In only one month, more than half of her artwork has already found forever homes. Chelsea is a NASCAD Graduate, she works in collage, oil paint and acrylic paint. Her application of colour is truly mesmerizing and each painting has a little story that accompanies it.

“Wild Beach Pea thrives along the sandy edges of pebbled beaches in the Maritimes. This work was inspired in part by old shipwreck stories that describe household objects washed up on the shores of Grand Manan Island. It is easy to imagine fine china, intertwined with seaweed and partially submerged in sand.”
