I have decided to turn a previously ‘offline’ workshop into an ‘online one’
It was scheduled to be this Saturday, 25 April from 1pm – 4pm.
Now it will be live!
Saturday, April 25, 2020
1:00 – 4:00 PM
Learn the art of visible mending, which borrows techniques from traditional patching and darning to breath new life in your clothes with repairs that strengthen and embellish well loved items.
Spend a relaxing afternoon learning this traditional and beautiful style of functional embroidery with me. I will teach you how to mark your design and perfect your stitches while you work on a sampler and/or repair your loved clothes. The possibilities for future projects are endless!
Enjoy this course from from the comfort of your home. All you need is a needle and thread, or if you prefer you can purchase sashiko supplies from my website.
The online course allows for opportunities to engage with the teacher and interact with your other classmates. Very easy to access, all you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with camera and microphone. I will send you the log in details.
