WILD…..an Art Exhibition / Fundraiser at the Chase Gallery

WILD…..is an Art Exhibition / Fundraiser featuring TEN artists in Support of The Nova Scotia Nature Trust’s Campaign called “SAVE the WILD BLUE” protecting the Blue Mountain Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness Area.

WHEN: OPENING RECEPTION is Saturday February 8, 12-4pm Mark your calendars:) The exhibition runs from Feb 8 until Feb 28th

WHERE: The Chase Gallery in the Nova Scotia Archives Building on the corner of University Ave and Robie St. 6016 University Ave,

WHAT: This is a BEAUTIFUL “wilderness themed” exhibition ( no signs of humanity) in support of the protection of the BLUE MOUNTAIN BIRCH COVE LAKES WILDERNESS AREA. ALL the artists involved are donating a percentage of all works sold to the Nova Scotia Nature Trust for the “SAVE the WILD BLUE” Campaign. There will also be a small display of this project outlining the parameters and scope during the month so you can see the area in question and understand it’s importance.

Please drop by to feast your eyes and open your pocketbook:) Your purchase of a painting will benefit you, the artist and will help preserve a vital pocket of wilderness. A VALENTINE for nature Donations will also be accepted during the opening reception.
