opening reception on Tuesday, July 9th, from 6 to 8pm.
The Dartmouth ceramics group Eight of Clay will hold Sea-Worthy, a pottery-sculpture show and sale, at the Scott Manor House on Monday, July 8th to the 14th. Nancy Roberts, spokeswoman for the group, says the theme for this year’s show is the ocean.
“The ocean is something that each member of the group has been inspired to create around. Some of our members have focused on shorelines while others have focused on sea creatures,” says Nancy. This is the group’s sixth Scott Manor House exhibition since 2010.
The Eight of Clay are France Arruda, Shirley Berman, Lorraine Dewtie, Maryanne Fisher, Karyn Hollasch, Cathy Morrison, Nancy Roberts and Naomi Walsh.
Open hours for Sea-Worthy are 1 to 4pm daily, with an opening reception on Tuesday, July 9th, from 6 to 8pm.
