This exhibit “provides a nice hit of colour to warm us up for summer” says Julea. Her abstract works are fresh, imaginative and contemporary in style. Like many artists, a primary source of her inspiration is the natural beauty that surrounds us, especially on PEI. Moving freely within a mix of materials and forms, Julea’s work includes a wide variety of acrylic, mixed media and textile pieces. “Wow! Such colour and freedom.
