Be Seen in the Avon River Arts Map!

The Avon River Arts Society is now booking advertisers for our arts and culture guide for the Avon River area.

Our previous arts publications have proven their worth as effective marketing tools for the local arts community. With over 8000 copies to be delivered throughout HRM, Hants, Kings, Lunenburg and Annapolis County, the Arts Map is an affordable way to spread the word about the thriving arts community we have here in the Avon region. This is a tool for both artists and local businesses.

New for 2019, we are creating a detailed double sided arts guide in the form of a map of the Avon River area. We have partnered with Marcel Morin, the talented cartographer and designer behind the hugely successful tourism maps for the Annapolis Valley and the Wines of Nova Scotia, and we will distribute 5000 copies as an insert in the Earth Day issue of the Grapevine. Once again, we will attend the Saltscapes Expo on your behalf to hand out over 2000 copies of the publication to those interested in learning more about our member artists and advertisers.

Members of our society are automatically included in a directory of our society members, organized by medium, including your name and primary choice of contact.

Additionally you can purchase a listing to have your gallery, studio or business featured directly on the arts map for $150 (see map mock-up for placement).

For those who want improved visibility, or who want to promote an event, please see attached rate card for affordable advertising options.

All ads and listings must be booked by March 3rd, with ads delivered by March 8th. If you need help creating an ad, we can provide you with that service.

If you are not yet a member of Avon River Arts or you are thinking of renewing, now is the time if you want to make the most of this opportunity!

With your help we can make this a comprehensive guide to arts and culture for our area.

Please share with anyone who you think may benefit from being included in this publication.
