Painting on Birch bark in Acrylic
Friday, November 2, 2018 10 am- 3:00 pm
We did this last fall and it was a very interesting workshop. We will use some very native Canadian material to create an interesting piece of art. Birch bark is interesting to work with and handles acrylic paint very well. The textures and internal designs inspire your work.
I will provide the birch bark and a 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 shadow box frame to frame it.
No trees have been damaged or killed for this workshop. Birch bark has been salvaged from a local woodpile.
$75.00 per person, snacks provided, bring a lunch
