A live interaction with educators at the National Gallery of Canada, using video conferencing technology.

What have artists here been doing for the last five thousand years? Discover the long and fascinating history of Canadian and Indigenous art from thousands of years ago until today, and explore how it is interrelated and how it tells our stories.

This program, presented by the   National Gallery of Canada, , features the content of the new Canadian and Indigenous Galleries, opened to critical acclaim in 2017.

,colour and composition in both dry and wet mediums. The purpose of this workshop will be to introduce students to botanical drawing and get them comfortable to be able to include the practice in their everyday sketchbooks.
