Printmaking residency retreat in Colombia

The Red Mango Residency Project

Next sessions:
January 10-20, 2018
January 24-February 3, 2018
Every winter the Plancha Perdida studio will open to give people an opportunity to create, relax and explore a beautiful part of Colombia. The Red Mango Residency Project consists of two 10-day retreats that are open to people of all levels.

Participants are welcome to work on their own projects, receive guidance or private workshops on printmaking or drawing techniques, or enjoy the space (horseback riding, hiking, fruit harvesting, exploring nearby villages etc.). You can choose how to divide your time.

This residency is made to be accessible to all who wish to attend. The cost is $350.00 CAD for meals, accommodation, studio space and basic studio materials for 10 days. High quality paper, metal plates, canvas, and alcohol will be available on site for an additional cost. Transportation to and from Villeta from Bogota will be arranged and shared between the group. A maximum of seven people can attend each session.

Private retreats outside of the Red Mango Residency Project are possible upon request and availability.
