Tata Fest is a 10-day festival of arts, social justice, sustainability, and down home hospitality. With workshops, performances and engaging conversations in a beautiful seacoast setting.

We’ve been having a great time at our last few Thursday open mic nights. Hosted by Jim White, this is a great opportunity for new and seasoned musicians to bring their talents to the big stage. Everyone’s welcome at the Grace Jollymore Jam!

ART | : John Perkins Solo Art Exhibition

The exhibition will run from August 25th to September 17th at the Ice House Gallery. Everyone is welcome to attend the opening reception on Friday, August 25th at 7pm.

THEATRE | Bard by the Bay
August 26 & 27 at 4pm.
Bring thine own chair to the 5th edition of Bard by the Bay, a performance of real and pseudo-Shakespeare scenes on the outdoor Senator’s Stage in Creamery Square. This production stars the , North Shore Players, a non-profit group of theatre lovers from Tatamagouche.
Tickets $15 adults / $8 students

There is a new country star on Nova Scotia’s North Shore. Jake Duggan is turning heads and for good reason. He’s just that darn good. You’ll be impressed with the calibre of this young talent. Accompanied by his band, Jake will be featured at The Grace Jollymore Joyce Arts Centre on Sat. Sept. 9, at 7:30. Don’t miss it!

Valdy has been part of the fabric of Canadian pop and folk music for over 34 years. He’s a singer, guitarist and songwriter who catches the small but telling moments that make up life.
Remembered for Play Me a Rock and Roll Song, Valdy has sold almost half a million copies of his 13 albums, has two Juno Awards (Folk Singer of the Year and Folk Entertainer of the Year), a total of seven Juno nominations and four Gold albums to his credit.
