Tea with Prudy White

News from the Wallace Museum!

 Prudy White reads from her new novel A Grey Dawn on Wednesday afternoon, July 26 from 2 to 4 pm at the museum.

 A well-known local author, Prudy begins her timely story on the morning of the Halifax Explosion, December 6, 1917,  and unravels an extraordinary tale of family courage, community and tragedy. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the explosion,  a catastrophic event that is commemorated in a a showcase of the human spirit in Prudy’s book.

 Please join us for tea, sweets and good company in our lovely screened porch.
