All are welcome to join us on Sunday July 2nd from noon until 4 pm for our Metal Arts themed Artisans in Action pop-up show.

Presented by the Hants County Arts Council our Artisans in Action series of demonstrations showcases Nova Scotian artists and artisans who focus on historical trades, crafts, and art forms done in both traditional and contemporary manners. Our July event will feature demonstrations by metal artists Blair Brown of Be Steel My Art and Michelle Heron Faerie Wire Sculpture.

We are currently accepting artists for our upcoming events, the cost to participate is $20 per person/per event. As always artists and artisans are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and we accept up to 3 artists from each medium, for each event (excluding Paint Avondale, which is open to as many artist as we can comfortably accommodate along the historic Newport Landing waterfront).
