Eagle Watch with Ross Creek Centre for the Arts

The Ross Creek Centre for the Arts will be heading to the Sheffield Mills community hall for Eagle Watch weekend. Join us for fun and creative environmental art activities on Saturday, January 28th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. This is a perfect time to come out and experience the area’s majestic eagle population and Ross Creek’s quality art programs. All ages welcome, bring your whole family, be inspired and take home your own masterpieces. Come on down to the Sheffield Mills community hall during the Eagle Watch pancake breakfast. Ross Creek at the Halifax Central Library

On Saturday, January 21, join the Ross Creek Centre for the Arts at the Halifax Central Library for an afternoon of multicultural arts activities. Beginning our monthly series of family arts at the library, Ross Creek will lead free activities celebrating different cultural traditions from dragon puppets for Chinese New Year to Frida Kahlo-inspired self portraits. This is an afternoon for the public to have fun exploring new media and cultures. Bring family and friends, be inspired and take home your own masterpieces.
