“Anyone who has yet to experience her music is missing out,” says Sarah Waspe from Grapevine Live UK. Accompanied by her guitar player, acclaimed Nova Scotia producer and musician Dale Murray, and introduced by an intimate performance from one of Canada’s most powerful songwriters, Matt Epp, this is a concert you don’t want to miss.

Christina Martin and Matt Epp perform Friday, November 18 at 7:30pm.

ART | Bree Hyland Solo Exhibition
November 4 to 26

Bree Hyland is a Canadian artist based in Nova Scotia whose paintings address themes related to the feminine psyche. Exploring undervalued notions of intuition, emotion, mysticism, and domesticity, her work weaves together archetypal imagery, art historical motifs, and popular culture through the female gaze. Her Impossibly Gentle Hands and Blood-Red Fingernails is Bree’s first solo show after graduating from NSCAD in 2015.

Exhibition will run from November 4-26 at the Ice House Gallery.
Opening Reception: Friday, November 4th at 7pm

THEATRE | A Voice in the Dark: A Salem Story
November 5, 7pm

A Voice in the Dark: A Salem Story is a historical drama by Elizabeth Downing. Told through the eyes of a teenager, A Voice in the Dark is a thrilling and poignant tale from one of the darkest eras in American history: the Salem witch trials in Massachusetts.
